Paint Artefact from the studio of Jennifer Allnutt!

This paint blob was made over two years on my palette and during the time I was preparing for my solo exhibition 'The Flowers of Evil' at Beinart Gallery, Melbourne, Australia. Rather than scrape off the paint at the end of a painting session, I leave it and then the next session I lay out new paint on top- subsequently I end up with huge towers of paint on my palette!

This tall paint blob is preserved in resin inside a tiny bottle with a small description attached on a wooden card at the neck. It is completely unique and one of a kind!
